Running Sensei Labs

Most of my week goes to Sensei Labs, where I’m co-founder and CEO. We build software for the people responsible for making big, complex change actually work — transformation offices, integration teams, and PMOs that have outgrown spreadsheets and slide decks. Lately that means working closely with large enterprises, private equity funds, and global advisory firms on programs spanning M&A, operations, ESG, and performance improvement.

Advising Klick Health

As Senior Product Advisor at Klick Health I advise on the development and go-to-market of products like Klick Guardrail.

Building with code-writing agents

I’m spending a lot of time as a designer and product owner leading teams of AI coding agents rather than writing code myself. Some of that shows up here: this site was rebuilt with Claude, the Home/1 Poem/1 server came out of a weekend, and I’ve been making hero images with a small agent pipeline. Exploring board and advisory roles

I’m starting to look seriously at independent director and advisory board seats, particularly with enterprise software companies, organizations running large transformations, and product teams becoming AI-native. Details on what I’m looking for are on the Contact page.
