The easiest way to reach me is with the contact form below. I read everything, and I reply to anything that isn’t a mass mailing. LinkedIn works too, if you’d rather start there.

Speaking

I give talks and run workshops on leading complex change, enterprise orchestration, building products in the age of AI agents, and what music, science, and philosophy can teach us about how organizations learn. My TEDx talk on how technology eats bureaucracy is a good sample of the style. For a keynote, panel, or internal session, email me with the date, audience, and format — see Speaking for past talks and topics.

Advisory and board roles

I’m actively exploring independent director and advisory board roles. I’m most useful to companies that are:

  • Early-stage startups and scaleups (seed to Series A), especially in Enterprise/B2B
  • Companies building enterprise software, especially for transformation, program, or portfolio management;
  • Organizations that are becoming AI-native product organizations and need someone who has actually shipped with code-writing agents, not just read about them.

I currently sit on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and the Forbes Technology Council. If you’re assembling a board or an advisory group and this sounds like a fit, I’d love to talk.

Press and media

For interviews, quotes, or podcast appearances, email is best. A short bio is on the About page; my book, talks, and council memberships are listed under Speaking.

Newsletter

If you just want to hear when I publish something new, the newsletter is occasional and easy to leave.
