Carbon and Environment Footprint Supply Chain Summit 2008
That’s right folks! I’m in NYC for the big bad and very longly named Carbon and Environment Footprint Supply Chain Summit 2008 (a name only a conference organizer with a big name tag budget could love). Greg and I from Zerofootprint flew down on the entirely awesome Porter Air on Sunday evening and have been talkin’ carbon shop since then. We’re staying at the surprisingly pleasant Millenium UN Park Plaza, which we booked through the surprisingly affordable Hotwire. I’m finding the iPhone, even with the battery boosting 2.1 upgrade, still sucks in the battery department when you don’t have wireless on your laptop and are using it all day. It’s happily charging right now.
Tomorrow is more of the same, then a little Web2ExpoNY, then the wife flies down, then the friends fly down, and then we have some fun. Oh yes!
